Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours notice.
No-show policy:
'No-show'; A fee of 10% of the missed service (if less than $50) will be required at the next appointment.
*The 'no-show' costs will be shared with the assigned hairdresser.
In the event of last-minute cancellations or repetitive 'no-shows', the salon reserves the right to refuse the next appointment.
- Appointments are entirely the responsibility of the client.
